Each of our pieces is individually designed & handmade, making it just as unique as your precious child.

Each of our pieces is unique and made to order.

Once an order is placed, we will email you a picture of the exact product for your approval.

Please allow at least two weeks, to give us time to lovingly make your special piece.

Note:

If you need a faster turn around time,

please let us know and we will do our best to meet your deadline.

Orders can be placed two different ways:

Securely by using a Paypal account or a credit card through the shopping cart.

If we are unavailable, please leave your order on the voicemail along
with your phone number, email address and order information.

We will return your call or email you as soon as possible with an order confirmation.

If you need to change or cancel an order,
you must contact us by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within two weeks of package receipt
in order to qualify for a store credit or exchange only.
All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.
We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Please include a copy of your packing list or receipt so that we may quickly process your return.

When your items are received, we will issue a store credit or send you a replacement item
for the amount of the merchandise returned.
Shipping and handling fees will not be refunded or credited.
