shipping policy

each of our pieces is unique and made to order. please allow 2-3 weeks to lovingly make your special order. (if you need a shorter turn around time, let us know and we will do our best to accommodate)

If you would like, we can email a picture of the finished piece for approval before shipment.

return policy

If you need to change or cancel an order, you must contact us by phone within 24 hours of placing your order.

All returns/exchanges must be postmarked within 2 weeks of package receipt. All returns must be sent with delivery confirmation and/or tracking information.

seven smooches is not responsible for returns lost in transit. please include a copy of your packing list so that we may quickly process your return.

When we receive your items, we will issue you a store credit or send you a replacement item for the amount of the merchandise returned. shipping & handling will not be refunded or credited.
